Brook romp to victory at Rain-ham

The Under 15s romped to victory against Rainham on Sunday morning in wet conditions.

Brook won the toss and elected to bowl and soon had the hosts in trouble but Khondakars delivery was ruled a no ball and the Rainham opener was spared. Smart fielding throughout kept the hosts score down and both Thoufick and Khondakar bagged run outs.

Boland took a sharp catch at first slip and as Granger, Kumar and Adama got a wicket apiece.

In response Boland fired a 30 retired with support from Thoufick (10) and Kumar (9 no) as the visitors wrapped up victory in just 13.2 overs.

Credit to both teams for keeping on going in wet conditions.
