1's Award Winners 2012

Jordan Harris was voted Saturday 1st XI batsman and Players Player of the year for 2012 at the presentation evening.

In a rain-hit season, Harris's 275 runs at 39.3 were good enough for 6th in the Premier Division and with the top order struggling on seamer friendly pitches, the stocky right hander bailed out the team numerous times from the middle order.

Richard Williams was voted bowler of the season for a typically stingy league return of 17 wickets at 13 and an economy rate of 2.36.

Michael Rooke would have taken home the Sunday player of the year award, but he's currently travelling the world for 18 months so we threw it in the bin.
