Notice of 2016-17 AGM
Wednesday January 25th, Chase Lounge at the Club.
This is to inform you that the annual general meeting of Goresbrook CC will take place in the Chase Lounge, M&B Sports and Social Club on Wednesday 25th January, doors open 7.30pm for an 8pm start.
The meeting agenda is below and a summary of current committee and senior playing positions is attached, denoting whether the incumbent is prepared to re-stand and noting applicants for each role as currently advised to the Committee.
Applicants for any of these positions must be submitted to the secretary at secretary@goresbrookcc.co.uk or verbally to any committee member at least 14 days before the AGM (by Wednesday 11th January).
The schedule will be updated periodically to reflect new applicants. AOB will be taken from the floor on the evening.
